The mission of Mental Edge is to empower athletes and coaches with the mental tools,
emotional resilience, and supportive strategies they need to perform at their best, maintain well
being, and foster a culture of confidence, focus, and growth both on and off the field.

and perform at their best. Mental Edge helps athletes
to overcome challenges and learn from setbacks.

MEET YOUR PERFORMANCE COACH
Jenn Skaff is dedicated to supporting the psychological well-being and performance of anyone looking to gain mental edge including athletes, coaches, and leaders. She has over a decade of experience helping individuals find their potential, improve their motivation, and expand cognitive flexibility. She is passionate about the performance pillars and has success in working with athletes to reach their performance goals. Jenn has personal experience in leadership and creating supportive team cultures. She was a two sport athlete at the NAIA level.
From Jenn
Over the years I have really enjoyed seeing athletes and coaches reach their sports goals, however, my passion comes from knowing that increasing mental edge doesn’t stop when an athlete walks off the court or when a coach no longer leads a team. These skills go beyond sports and have long lasting affects in the lives of those I work with.
Let’s GEt to Work
During the consultation the athlete will be encouraged to explore performance goals.
The coach will set clear expectations to the amount of time and
effort that will be expected to reach the athlete’s goals. Any sessions following, will be
scheduled on the virtual calendar and paid through the virtual portal.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All sessions are provided virtually on a HIPAA compliant platform.
Sessions are provided during the day, evenings, and weekends to ensure flexibility for athletes and coaches.
Sessions are provided in 30min, 45 min, and 60 min individual and family sessions.
Family participation is expected, especially with younger athletes and expectations will be set during the free consultation session.
Group sessions are available and are priced during the free consultation
